Understanding Obeya

Without an Obeya, organizations tend to have a time lag between when delays are recognized, reported and addressed. Hence, leaving other teams out of the loop and susceptible to difficult situations due to the delay.
  • Enhanced Visibility: Obeya rooms are equipped with tools and visuals that map out project timelines, KPIs, and ongoing issues. This visibility allows every team member to see the big picture and understand how their contributions fit into the overall objectives.
